The 22C3 is over and I think it was a nice event. But nevertheless in my opinion it worsened in comparison to the last year. But I dont want to rant about the "commercializations" of the congress others did before.

But the price imho is unacceptable, 75 Euro for 4 days. Last year 50 for 3 days. Ok Tim gave some reasons for the price but none of these are so important to increment it like this. But as said I don't want to rant, the reason why I say this is cause maybe it would be a better decision
to do a maybe not-as-professionel congress as this year (wlan was not working like every year

And if we talk about the price of this year, I know alot of people who quit this event because of it and it was clearly not as crowdy as in the last years.

A good decision was the smoking policy. Smoking was not prohibited but not tollerated in general. It was a social experiment. Everyone who wants to smoke can do this
but if others are pissed of they can please the person to smoke outside. And it worked, the air was more pleasant than in the years before but the smokers were not treated
like lepers.

Ah and thanks to the guy who placed hidden pieces of fish in the whole building, first I thought someone at the 9fans booth needs a shower

Today I was at the ph-neutral hack meeting which was located in the c-base in Berlin.

Very nice event, my favorite talk was reverse engineering linux device drivers: case study.
C0de took a linux binary device driver, reengineered it and tried to build up his own open source driver version.
